Our Mission
Here at ENGL, we have noticed friends, family, and other people around the world struggling to understand the "slang" that native speakers use daily. These informal phrases are not written in a typical textbook, but come from years of practice involving regular conversations and immersion with native speakers.
With the growing usage of the English language worldwide, we are trying to help people boost their proficiency quickly and conveniently while utilizing the increasing interconnectedness of our world. We also hope to create an online community for users around the globe to interact with each other as they gain and share knowledge of the English language.
Our official ENGL platform was launched in 2022.

With this platform, we hope to highlight unique features of the English language.
In many languages, the pronunciation of the word "pineapple" is quite similar, sounding something like "ananas". In English, however, it's a very different word.
We use the pineapple atop a lighthouse to symbolize the joys of discovering new ways in which English stands out.
